- CEU is an operating unit under the policy directions of the Continuing Education Committee (CEC). It reports to CEC and work with the School Continuing Education (SCE) Coordinators of each School when needed for the effective provision of Continuing Education (CE) courses in the University.
- CEU will handle the types of CE courses specified in the Policy and Guidelines for Approving Continuing Education Courses. Such courses should only be offered with a viable demand.
- The SCE Coordinator will serve as the contact person for all CE related matters involving their respective Schools.

Message from the Chairman of CEC
Welcome to the website of the Continuing Education Unit (CEU) of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK).
Continuing Education (CE) is an integral part of HSUHK’s education provision. We aim to serve a wider scope of learners beyond HSUHK students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Our target learners include members of workforce from various sectors, secondary school students and school leavers, tertiary students from other institutions, and members of the public with life-long learning needs.
Established in March 2021, the CEU not only serves as a coordinating unit for CE courses offered by other academic units of the University but also offers courses of it own.
The University welcomes opportunities to collaborate with external parties to offer CE courses. We look forward to meeting learners from all walks of life at HSUHK.
Chairman, Continuing Education Committee (CEC)
